Windshield glass replacement, roof, powered sun roof, hood, taillights and much more were replaced with satisfactory results. Cesar was awesome dealing with insurance and the supplementation process. He was always pressing for the proper outcome. This shop handled mechanical, paint and body work with skill. They not only handled all these areas with integrity and skill, they are your advocate dealing with insurance.

Alex Paint & Body (Alex P&B) took a stressful situation for my wife and I and made it tolerable. Her 14-year-old Lexus SUV had been hit in the rear door and quarter-panel while she parked in a Public Parking Lot at her job. Fortunately, the person that hit our car did the honest thing and left us information on how to contact them. Turned out they had reported it to their Auto Insurance almost immediately. Unfortunately, their Auto Insurance was with Progressive Auto Insurance. But that has nothing to do with Ivan Barerra and Alex P&B. Ivan B. confronted a problem head-on, assured that we had a rental vehicle for the whole time even though Progressive fought him all the way. We ended up having to pay an extra $350.00 to get the full extent of the damage repaired but Ivan did it as good as he could for us. Our car was there from July 29th until August 13th. All the delays were directly the fault of Progressive and their handling of the case. They never tell the truth and communication is something foreign to them. We picked up the vehicle today and WOW! It has not looked that good in years. The Repaired Rear Door and Rear Quarter Panel looks as if they did the day the car left the Show Room floor, 14 years ago. Color Matched, no hazed panels, and straight or straighter than the day it was new. They even redid the pen strips which I thought I would never see again. I highly recommend this shop and use Ivan if you can. I am sure everyone else is just as good in their front office, but I can vouch for Ivan Barerra. Thank goodness there are still some good people left in this world. Alex Paint & Body. If you can use them, do it. Get it? Got it? Good!! And take this piece of advice. If you get hit, or hit someone, the first thing to do is call your insurance company. Let them do the fighting. Because they all do their own estimates now so any legwork you do towards that will be wasted legwork though as in this case it may make you feel better about the Body Shop you chose. Five stars all the way.
